Branding
Name, identity and a voice people remember.
A brand is the first thing people meet, long before they meet your product. It's the name they repeat to a friend, the logo they spot on a shelf, the tone of the first message they get from you. For a new business, getting it right early saves years of explaining yourself.
What startup branding means at Exale
We build brands for businesses that are just starting, or starting again. That usually means three things:
A name that's easy to say, easy to spell and free to use where you plan to work.
A brand identity: logo, colours, type and the small rules that keep everything consistent, from a business card to an app screen.
A voice: how you sound in writing, so your website, your social posts and your sales emails feel like one company.
Who it's for
Founders and small businesses across the Gulf and Egypt, in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and at home in Cairo, plus remote clients anywhere. Some come with only an idea and a working title. Others have been trading for a while and have outgrown a logo made in a weekend. Both are a good place to start.
If your customers read Arabic and English, we think about both from the first sketch, so the name and the identity hold up in either language.
How we work
We start by listening. Who are your customers, what do they believe now, and what should they believe after meeting you? We look at the market around you, so you stand apart instead of blending in.
Then we narrow down. A short list of names, checked for meaning and availability. A few directions for the identity, each with a clear reason behind it. You choose, we refine, and we test it on real things: your website header, a social post, a price list.
Because Exale builds businesses as well as brands, the work is never decoration. The brand is shaped around what you're actually going to sell, to whom, and how.
What you get
A name and a short story of why it fits
A logo in the formats you'll need, for print and screen
Colours, typography and simple usage rules in one brand guide
A few lines that describe what you do, in your new voice
Ready-to-use templates for the first things you'll make
Branding often leads straight into the next steps: a website, a launch plan or a first version of the product. We can carry it through, or hand it over cleanly.
